Art Interest/Price Check

Hi everyone! I'm pretty new to Wolvden, and I'd like to open up an art shop here like I did on Lioden, but I'm not sure if there's too much of an interest for art shops, or a good standard pricing is.

I'd like to do headshots/fullbodies, and wanted some opinions on interest and some fair pricing help. Thank you <3
