I have been playing for a little while now and have a nice pack all setup, and I often sell puppies/wolves that I do not want to keep, as I am sure many people do. I set up a trade, make it reasonable, and the wolf gets sold. I like my wolves, and I think each of them is interesting, but I can't keep them all. So when a wolf is sold, I usually click on the wolf to see if the new owner renamed it or where it went. Sometimes I get the error saying, 'Cannot find this wolf.', and it looks like the wolf is just gone from the world. I'm so confused! I've had it happen a few times, and I am wondering if the person seriously bought a wolf to chase it off or something, or if the pup died in one roll over which happens. Can anyone explain this? Are people really spending 50 sc to chase a wolf? Just curious, and wanted to know if anyone knew! Thanks.	ryn_ #97624

If it was a pup, it's possible it was used in an Enclave quest.

That makes sense, but I've also had it happen more with adult wolves. I honestly forgot about the Enclave, so that would explain the pups!

Yes, it likely got chased. Ive had someone spend like 300+ sc to immediately chase an 8 month adolescent. I thought that maybe they used an aging crystal or something? Ados dont come back as NBW but adults do and abt 100sc seems to be standard price for cool wolves to chase. I think the R&C ppl might possibly get a little too serious.

Yea it's crazy! Sometimes I am low on sc, so I couldn't imagine buying to chase!

A bit sad to see some pups go missing especially if they seemed special to you, sold twin pups and someone yeeted them and they were some of the last living pups produced from my first alphas son who sadly died of old age
