Karlsruhe trots through the territory, her nose at the ground. The Alpha of her Pack wants as much territory as he can, and she is fine with that. Today she has no apprentice. She allows herself a soft sigh of relief as she smells the sweetly familiar scent of the wilderness before she stretches and begins her fast-paced walk again. Hearing something to the left, her curiosity wins out and she blinks when she sees another wolf on her Pack's territory.

"Hey! Who're you? What're you doing here? This is my Pack's territory."" She woofs, never seeing a wolf like this on her pack's territory.

Charged claws left short streams of lunar sparks behind as Quasar walked. Her father and pack leader, Malcolm, believed that she was ready to take on a scouting mission by herself. While Quasar didn't believe in her ability to do such a mission without aid from her elderly mentor, Red, her father insisted she go anyway. As it seemed that poor old wolf was on his last days, his worsening condition concerned the young scouting apprentice to no end. It wasn't until the warning calls of her lunar sparrow companions snapped her out of her thoughts that she realized she had wandered way too far from her pack's territory. "Oh no I've really done it now." Quasar groaned, ears folding down as she turned to try and slip her way out of the area without being noticed.

A wolf's sudden bark startled her though and she nearly jumped out of her skin. "EEP!" She exclaimed, spinning around to meet her gaze with the stranger wolf who had discovered her. "Yes I realize that now, I found myself lost in my own thoughts and then I realized that I was trespassing. I'll uh- I'll go on and make my way out of here. My deepest apologies for this." She said quickly. She tucked her tail and turned around to try and leave again.

The reddish she-wolf approaches carefully before she smiles softly. "I understand how it feels to be lost in thought and wander onto someone else's territory." She woofs, laughing softly. Karlsruhe shakes her head before she thinks for a moment.

"What is it like in your pack?"

The soft voice of the other wolf seemed to ease the startled apprentice a bit, enough to get her to slow her pace to a near stop. "Oh… um.. It's peaceful I guess. Father is wise and the pack is plentiful…" She tilted her head and turned to face the stranger, so that they could better chat together. "And in your pack?" Quasar asked with a typical pup's curiosity.
