Thank you guys for putting in so much work for this event and trying to take care of all the bugs and stuff. I (and everyone else, I assume) really appreciate it. Also the decor idea is fantastic!

Are the lunar wolves going to stay in the pool or will they be pulled when the event is over?

@Sunny (Spoilered so I don't ruin the fun for anyone who isn't interested in the aromantic option.)
The aromantic choice I am referring to is available during the storyline bit triggered to begin after you have gone on 50 dates with NPCs. There's the option (I think it's the third/bottom one) that says something along the lines of "about all this romantic stuff..." which then goes down a path where your lead implies that they are not of the romantic sort, which implies (at least I thought it implied) an aromantic vibe.

Tsym Wolvden team!!  Your sensitivity and willingness to try and make everyone feel equally included/represented/happy is greatly appreciated.

I love the idea of winning a special decor for maxing out relationships with dateable wolves!

ALL THE ARTWORK AND CREATIVITY IS AMAZING!!!

I'm glad that all NPCs are going to be temporarily available for everybody. I was preferring that to be a permanent change with platonic relationships in lieu of romantic ones, but I get why that's not the case. I can take either/or, I'm just happy that everyone will get the same opportunities.

Also, 38 NPCs are planned? Damn, no wonder! That's, what, 342 different images that need to be drawn? I thought the 19 we had now was a lot lmao, distribution among genders aside. Y'all are really going all-out with how many dateables are planned, respect. Can't wait to see what other NPCs will become available next year. :)

The invisible + NPC decor idea is fantastic! I didn't care if we didn't get anything for the NPCs, and I didn't agree with getting them as wolves. I'd figured that wasn't feasible due to the unfairness/complication it would cause. (Wouldn't be fair for players to get dropped Brad, an Argent, lol.) So this is a lovely surprise and I will gladly use them if they're available by the end of this year's event. If the decor will have 20 uses, I imagine it will be account-bound?

All in all, I'd like to thank the team for hearing the concerns about the event and finding ways to address them. The changes being considered are perfectly reasonable and a good compromise all around. Transparency is awesome and now that we know what's being considered, I'm feeling more positive about the whole thing. Oh, and thank you for working on exterminating those frustrating bugs. The notifications seem to be working well now. :D

Sorry for the wall of text, I just want to give positive acknowledgement where it's due. :')

yesss more achievements give them to meeee *violent grabby hands*

It's nice that we will be able to unlock all dateables now, especially since the two lunar NPCs that have been introduced are not "interested" in non-binary matches. I still feel that the player experience is limited, though, when it comes to dateable wolves as some players have chosen sexualities as well as gender identities for their wolves and do not want to match them with NPCs that do not fit their identity. I believe dating in this event would be much improved if we were given the option to choose our preferred genders to date, rather than our own gender identity.
I personally am very disappointed that there are only about two NPCs that prefer romantic personalities and they are both male considering the fact that I've made my lead a lesbian. To address issues of equal currency amongst players, there could be a max number of wolves that players can receive regardless of the wolves' genders. Of course this would mean players couldn't date every wolf of the genders they prefer, but that is also the case now. In my opinion, it is much worse now because we get no say in what kind of wolves are assigned to us for dating.

Additionally, the decor is a nice idea, but I hope for a different solution to that specific issue in the future. It seems to me that I would still be wasting a territory slot on a wolf that I do not care for in order to hide their image and equip the dateable wolf decor. As a newer player with limited space in their den, I can't see the value of doing this.

It's also disappointing that the progress we've made thus far will not be counted for achievements. I'm not sure that I will be able to make another 50 matches or send out 100 more dates.

Edit:  There is one other thing that has personally made me uncomfortable concerning this event. In real life, there is an issue of people not being interested in dating nonbinary people due to transphobia whether they are aware of it or not. It is certainly okay to have preferences regarding genitalia, but it is a different issue to reject someone based on a gender identity that does not affect you. I'm not here to debate this issue in this forum, so please do not respond to me with your personal thoughts on the issue as it is sensitive and relates to me directly. I will however say that I feel certain aspects of this event have made players feel comfortable with brazenly sharing their prejudices in main chat and in forums. It is discouraging and rather than making me, as a nonbinary person, feel included, as I'm sure was intended with this event, it has made me feel othered and isolated.
