Okay. You're entitled to your headcanon (I personally just see him as a sort of "gentle giant" looking wolf because he does look like a big boy) but I want to speak on this a bit as a trans masc person. I just have one question: What exactly does someone who is transgender look like? I'm asking this because you can't actually tell by looks if someone is trans or not.

And if you suspected someone of being female to male just because they "look female", that's leans into transvestigation territory (a thing where transphobes try to out cis female celebrities & figures as male and cis males as females based on signs that aren't even there because human bodies aren't actually all that different; there's variation & overlap).

I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt on how you described him, though. Maybe English isn't your first language and the barrier is in the way. I have no idea. I don't think this is from a point of malice, I just wanted to say something and bring awareness to this sort of wording not being that nice.

I don't know why they look trans they just do,or even oh people can look trans . It's more like the look feminine too me more or less but I do agree with the gentle giant thing too

I'm gonna have to agree with the other commenter that assuming someone isn't cis because of their traits is quite rude. I'm AFAB but I have body hair, I'm tall, and I have a prominent Adam's apple– All "male" traits yet I have them. So please, don't assume based on appearance; people and sex is actually quite complex.

Nonetheless, I think it's a cute headcanon just... Please, don't assume this about individuals.
