What are we collecting? This spreadsheet will record prey data inputted into the form and calculate out the total number of that prey item that has been submitted from each trail as well as a percentage chance for the player to catch that prey as compared to others. This will allow players to determine the best biome and trails to get specific prey items. How can I help? I'm glad you asked! Option one: Reply to this topic using the below form or fill out this google form with data regarding your hunting results. The form collects the following information from your hunts: > - Biome > - Trail Size (Critter, Small, Medium, Large) > - Biome Section (the subsection of the biome in which you picked the trail, example below of Fields in the Grasslands) > - Prey Captured (please include the exact name of the carcass you receive) Option 2: Unfortunately, this will only work if you only have one hunting party sent out at a time or only hunt in one biome. You can use this spreadsheet that will do the work for you! Simply make a copy of this spreadsheet and then use this link to pull up the relevant information in your user log. The sheet now has a secondary spreadsheet that displays the percentage chance of catching each prey item. Cells with also appear colored to help determine what data we need the most of. Red cells have 25 or less, yellow have 25-50 and green have over 50 areas of data. |

The sheet and forms have both been updated to include twelve new prey items. Unfortunately these prey items will have the percentages skewed for a while so we are in the most need of critter data from any biome! |
