Guys, I have read up a lot about faefolk. Remember, Lorcan went missing, supposedly taken into the caves by the faeclu. Folklore states that fae can quite literally steal the identities of those they take. They can become their victims, essentially. Fae are also said to enjoy things such as gemstones, which, if I remember correctly, is Lorcan's preferred gift. Another feature of fae lore is that they sometimes use their stolen ids to lure more victims into their world. Lorcan constantly talks about those caves, which are of course a gateway between the world of the fae and the world of the wolves. He brings up wanting to take you to the caves.
Now this is simply a theory, but something seems awfully suspicious about dateable Lorcan.
