The second lead wolf, son of the first, Rosnava. When he took on the role of lead wolf, he kept the pack name his mother gave it, Badahs.

He fell in love with a farmer's border collie names Chaser, but due to his father, Kukui, and a few other wolves being very... unfriendly towards dogs, he kept Chaser away and took on a wolf mate with Chaser's permission.
He and his wolf mate, Taima, had an agreement; no romance, just platonic friends who act like they're in love in front of the pack, and have pups to take over the pack once they die. Unfortunately, the agreement was broken and Taima fell in love with him. It was obvious he didn't return the feelings, so she never told him.

Juniper and Taima only ever had one pup make it past puphood, a wolf named Wayra.
Wayra was heir, meant to take the pack, but once Wayra was a year old, he let it slip that he hated it and didn't want to be heir. Taima was too old to safely have another pup, and Wayra was their last chance to continue Juniper's lineage, so they were both disappointed and hurt; but they also loved Wayra, and were wonderful parents, so they told him they'd figure something else out.

Thankfully, a wolf named Walela came along a couple years later, and another wolf named Sequoia a couple months after him. They became mates very quickly, and they made the best team. They were both very capable wolves.
One day, Juniper and Taima asked the two about how they'd feel being lead wolves of the Badahs, and they both immediately agreed.

Juniper passed in the middle of the night due to old age, and Walela became lead wolf and the pack, although grieving, was happy with Walela as lead.
