Mystivale Valley Pack
The male wolf sighed warmly and grinned. "One day I visited Mystivale Valley Pack," he recollected. "Their lead, Kintaro, greeted me kindly, offering a place to stay. I gladly accepted, so excited to start a fresh new start here briefly. I just wanted to see how life was here..."

"My first mini task was to find something as a token of thanks for the lead for his kindness. I'd employed myself for this one but was having a hard time finding anything when I stumbled upon an owl talon. Surely they could use this! I rushed back and excitedly gave it to the lead. He was uncertain and hesitant but I insisted until he received the object. We made very brief conversation about the packs current situation before he had to head off somewhere else. Kintaro smiled as he said the pack was growing rapidly and that food was plentiful before he went into the forest alone."

"One of the first things I noticed here was there was another fellow traveller, called, well, 'The Traveller'. I noticed he kept his distance away from me and some of the others. I guess he thought I was suspicious. I guess I couldn't blame him. I mean we were all strangers to each other. I wanted to say hi to him and ask him about his travels but I kept back too. Maybe it was a good thing?"

"Another thing I noticed about this pack was that almost all the adult females were pregnant or had young pups. And all of the pups seemed to resemble the lead... Intriguing..."

"Well, my time here was short but my wanderlust kicked in and I decided it was time for me to leave. I had a decent-sized conversation with Kintaro about our past, our experiences, and our future dreams. But it was about time for me to head off down that road of life into a new place, meet new faces, and see new things. I rather like it here. The pack dynamics were beautiful---even if the wolves didn't really care for their jobs, they did them without complaints. I liked watching the pups grow up and play and fight amongst themselves too. And I admired their lead, Kintaro, and his leadership abilities despite his young age and young experiences. Maybe that could be me someday. And if Mystivale would ever take me back, I'd happily go return and see how things are doing there. But for now it was time for me to head off into new pastures, a new land, a new pack and see what else was out there. Farewell Mystivale and Kintaro. May you both prosper until I am able to visit you all again."
