Name Information: Named after Glacier National Park

Volcano/Geological Information: 750 million years ago, in the late Proterozoic Era, igneous rock as lava pushed up between the layers of limestone, forming sills in what's now Glacier National Park area. Pillow lava formations are also found in some areas, as well as a thick dark band of diorite on some mountains.
About 150 millions years ago, a collision on the Western Edge of North America caused a process that would build mountains for almost the next 90 million years, creating amazing mountain formations.

Lore: Glacier's parents originally resided in Glacier National Park before Kiche befriended them. Glacier was born shortly after his parents joined Eclipse Keepers, where he grew and bonded to Winter. The scar on his eye was the result of chasing an elk bull, whose hoof kicked up and caught him in the face. Luckily, Alder was able to save his eye's function and only a scar remains and a reminder to be wary of hooves.
