Glacia

*Her name means Ice*
A curious puppy, it was evident since her birth that she adored herbs and wanted to take after her mother.

As Glacia got older it was evident that she had abundant energy and was getting into mischief because of it. Glacies is attempting to redirect her daughters energy into studying herbalism, but she does try to encourage her daughter to explore new things; her daughter unfortunately seems to adore the smell of wood burning and will actively approach hooman bonfires to see how they start the fires. The hoomans chuckle at her and sneak her tidbits of meat she gladly shares with her mother.

One day Glacia was walking through the den when she bumped into a fiery red wolf, Glacia was captivated by this strange wolf and immediately introduced herself. The strange male introduced himself as Vermillion, Glacia introduced herself as well and sensing a way to get closer to Vermillion offered to be his mentor while he was adjusting to pack life. They offically became mates after a wonderful campfire date that Vermillion had organised.

When Hemlock was born, and needed additional help, Glacia immediately adopted the puppy and treated her like a daughter. Glacia was so happy to teach the little pup everything her mother Glacies had taught her. One day when Hemlock was four moons, Glacia had been sorting through some herbs putting them aside when she heard Hemlock screaming. Glacia rushed out snarling and shouldered Ix Chel out of the way before whining and grooming Hemlocks fur. After a few moments spent assuring herself that Hemlock was okay, she finally answered Chac about to berate Ix for attacking her pup before she realised that she had accidently broken Ix's rib. Glacia immediately snapped into herbalist mode and asked Chac and Avalon to take Ix to the herbalist den for immediate treatment.

Ever since the incident Glacia has learnt to separate her personal emotions from her duty as a herbalist, she is still very remorseful over what happened to Ix, especially after the full story Hemlock and Avalon told her. Glacia finally realised she was smothering Hemlock by trying to prevent her from getting hurt and she needed to let her daughter live her life. It was a very tough decision for her but it was worth it to see her daughter happy and at peace.
