Vermillion was found on the edge of the territory by Aysu, he had heard of the pack and wished to join them. Aysu accepted and whilst showing him the packs home Vermillion bumped into Glacia. Vermillion's fiery pelt turned even redder as he blushed and introduced himself to the pretty herbalist. Glacia smiled back captivated by the male wolfs red coat.
Vermillion found out from his packmates how much Glacia loved to visit campsites, so he arranged for the adolescents to help her with her herbalist duties so that Vermillion and Glacia could go on a date. Vermillion spent the whole time blushing to the point that Glacia joked he was warmer than the fire itself. Vermillion simply smiled and shared the steak he had found with Glacia, glad to have provided a good experience to the lovely she wolf. They officially became mates soon afterwards.
After Glacia adopted Amaryllis from Nightshade, Vermillion took up the role of adoptive father immediately. He was away from the pack territory quite often due to his role as deputy hunter but he made sure to bring back Amaryllis's favourite prey and play with her whenever she wanted.
