Axel was bought from the enclave at a very young age, His Adopted Mothers, Hyth and Fire, had wanted a pup for a while, but with how the pack was they wanted him to stand out, so they told him stories of pack members that came before and let him choose his name. For a while he went by Auto, thinking it was a cool name. He had some issues fitting in with the other pack pups for a while, until he started growing in stature. The Alpha of the time was Axel, he was older and told him if he kept working one day he may lead the pack.
As time went on Auto gained friends and was a trusted scout, thinking he would be the next leader of the Wargens, but to his Dismay a female named Axelite was chosen. She was a beautiful wolf no doubt, but Auto was devastated. He went to his Mothers about the issue, and they told him his time would come, but Axelite was chosen for her name more then her rank in their pack. Not to be discouraged but to keep working.
So Auto kept growing, kept learning and when Axelite retured from leading, Auto was the wolf she chose to lead. She had watched him grow and flourish in their home pack. She felt it was his turn to lead them into the future. She had one stipulation though, he would be known as Axel, 2nd of his name. He would find him a Strong mate and lead the pack, and when he got old he would find an heir, male or female and pass down either his name or hers to keep the pack going.
Now known as Axel, he was proud to lead the Wargens, when Axelite passed, the mourned her for days before Axel, started getting them back into their routines. He appointed his adopted son Patches as a scout and started rotating the other position of scout to the younger members as they came of age. Once his pack is thriving again he will begin the hunt of His Axelite.
