AKA Dag, Autumn Child

Dag was born at the beginning of what would later be called Sulakhan's Generosity, in which the young Alpha gave everyone permission to have a litter if they wanted. No one starved in the end result, but some felt a bit left behind. Parents volunteered, but many were old and tired. Inexperienced outsiders were allowed in until the pups grew up, never having planned on pup care, with little patience or warmth to offer. With over forty siblings and younger pups, Dag became a Big Brother figure to a whole generation. His understanding of pack politics rivals the Alpha pair's, but he is content with his roll as "yet another chaser."
