Talented and skilled, Aurora had made for an amazingly talented chaser in her youth, though she was too humble to ever admit it. Now older and not as fast as she used to be, Aurora spends her days training and caring for the packs future. She finds the role of mentor to be a noble one.

History

Aurora was born in The Songbird Trail Pack to Carnelian and Samhain alongside their littermate Terrastal. Aurora doesn't remember her pack well; they were only young when they were given up to Lillemor. She always wondered if this had to do with her otherworldly appearance, it had made wolves uneasy for as long as she could remember. She stayed with Lillemor for a while, wondering if she would be lucky enough to be adopted one day.

Aurora hadn't had meant to stray as far as she had, simply wanting to explore a bit. In the end, when Aurora found herself running into a hunting team from a nearby back, they were glad they had gone exploring. Winterberry and Taiga were so kind, and Aurora felt an instant connection to them. She was so shocked and happy when they offered to adopt her.

She loved her new pack, their packmates were all so kind and didn't seem too unsettled by her. Their childhood was an enjoyable one and once they reached adolescence, Aurora decided to train as a chaser. Aurora enjoyed the job greatly and found she was good at it.

By the time she reached adulthood, Aurora had become a noble and skilled chaser. She got along extremely well with her hunting team and felt very in tune with all of them. It was a nice job, and Aurora was glad she had chosen it.

Aurora had been curious about Racoon from the moment he joined the pack. The wolf seemed so kind and he was so dedicated to his job as pupsitter. Aurora found they spent a lot of their spare time talking with the wolf, the two slowly growing closer. When one day, Racoon asked Aurora to be his mate, Aurora found herself tearing up with joy, eagerly saying yes.

Aurora was delighted when her parents returned to base one day with a young pup. They had named him Frostbite and Aurora was overjoyed to have a little brother. Frostbite had quite the outgoing personality, getting comfortable rather quickly and seemed to enjoy bossing the younger pups around. Aurora couldn't help but be amused by their little brother's personality.

Eventually, Racoon and Aurora decided to have a litter of their own, being blessed with one girl and three boys. Aurora adored all of her pups, noting how some of them shared her rather otherworldly appearance. She felt this made them even more beautiful. She couldn't wait to watch them grow up.

All of Aurora's pups are fully grown now and are respected members of the pack. Australis, Callisto and Moldative chose the role of pupsitters, while Maffei became a tracker. Aurora is proud of how far all her pups have come.

Aurora was destroyed to lose her mother; she had always adored Taiga and she wasn't sure what to do with her now gone. She was glad to have her mate and pups to comfort her during this hard time. It was just as hard when she lost her other mother, Winterberry, a few months later. She found comfort at least in the knowledge that her parents were together once more.

After Badger's death, Aurora made the choice to take on the role of mentor. She had always loved pups, and while being a chaser had been an amazing job, she was excited to be able to relax and care and train the packs future.

On the 7th year and 6th month of her life, Aurora made her way to the mountains summit. Caribou keeping her company through most of the journey. Once at the top, looking out at the endless sky, Aurora was greeted by her parents, Taiga and Winterberry, who gently guided her to the afterlife.
