Carrots

➤• Personality: Carrots is a helpful, quiet wolf prone to overworking herself. She loves her packmates and is gentle and caring with them, trying to assist them in any way possible. Illness greatly worries her so she tries her hardest to make sure everyone stays healthy as the pack's herbalist.

➤• History: After he mate died from an illness, Carrots was living as a lone wolf in the mountains. She was found by Pigeon in the first spring and recruited as a scout. When Pigeon was feeling unwell, she realized the pack needed a healer and asked Carrots who had always been good at identifying herbs. Carrots left her role as scout and started training with the help of a wise old bear, Herbert, who taught her to manage her fear and learn to be the best herbalist she could be.
She bonded with Casey during the second summer after he came down with heatstroke and they became mates that autumn. They had four pups together that winter, but only one male survived.

Carrots died from old age in the fourth winter at 8 y/o and was survived by her beloved mate, Casey with whom she had one surviving pup.

➤• Misc: NBW found 9/15/23 spring Y1 at 4.5 y/o in the mountains. Bred with Casey 10/19/23 and had 4 pups winter Y2. Died 12/20/23 winter Y4 at 8 y/o. Melanism carrier.
