[Second Alpha of Hiraeth Spirits/Wistaria]

Almost immediately after being appointed as alpha, her coat began to change. It was much like that of her mother's new colouring before she passed, but much more dramatic. Pink and purple markings shone through her patchy coat, and her bright white eyes turned to pink and blue. She renamed herself to Foxglove – after all, the name Spectre was much more suited than her old black and white coat, the colourful flower suited her much more. She also decided that the name Hiraeth Spirits didn't suit the pack anymore – Hiraeth meaning to have a homesickness for a place that doesn't exist – so she renamed it to Wistaria, paying homage to another purple flower called wisteria, and the beautiful star motifs around the old temple.
She expanded the pack massively, creating room for many more pups and kickstarting a second hunting team to secure more food. They even had to start selling extra food to other packs, or else it would rot. Foxglove wanted to give it away, knowing how the struggles of hunger could affect a pack, but her elders convinced her to sell for the betterment of the pack. And they were right. More currency meant more trades, meant better trained wolves, meant a successful pack.
However, the success of the pack meant struggles elsewhere. Foxglove knew she wanted a big family, even without a mate she had six children of her own. The struggle was, who to pick as her heir? She'd had two children before becoming alpha – Ghost and Shade – but either one would be a bad choice. Azure had deemed her own daughter Sapphire as too young to take the role when she passed, so Foxglove was already halfway through her life when she ascended. She didn't want that stress for her children. Roseo was off exploring the surrounding world, Rowan and Spore had no interest in training, and Plum didn't want to have a family. That left Sapphire's children, Andromeda and Auralite. They were both young enough, but only one was a direct descendant of the original alpha of the pack. Andromeda had been found abandoned in a tree stump, and Sapphire and her mate Apollo had taken her in before having a child of their own. Therefore, Foxglove deemed Auralite as her heir, and tasked Ghost and Shade to train her if she were to pass before she could herself.
