Cherokee

History

Cherokee is one of the oldest wolves in the Golden Thorns. She comes from dryer, fervid lands, though her coat has grown longer since moving to a new territory. Most of her life was spent going between several packs before she finally settled down with Juniper, finding the Golden Thorns relaxed and peace loving members perfect for her shy personality. She serves as the mentor there now, using her years of knowledge to help the younger wolves grow.

Appearance

You could see her from a mile away clearly, thanks to her strikingly vibrant orange coat. It resembles a dingo, rather than a wolf, though she possesses undeniably wolfish features alongside her peculiar pelt. Her eyes are a dark earthy black, and her skin is also dark, though that can't be observed until you see her paw pads. She doesn't have many markings, but still maintains a unique appearance.

Personality

Cherokee is a quiet, unsocial and aloof wolf. Though she isn't unkind by any means, her lack of interest can lead to misunderstandings. She struggles to socialize, and is often forced to mingle with other pack mates by Juniper. However, this quiet wolf opens up around younger wolves and shares her wealth of knowledge. Once she is talking about her past experiences, she opens up a lot, and becomes easier to get along with.
