Biography
Daughter of Cliff and Ridge, Firefly is an extremely charming wolf who loves to go off on her own for a while and is often found wandering on her own in the territory.

Firefly has known her mate, Bumblebee, longer than the wolves of their pack think. When she was just a pup, a wolf named Cloud walked into Firefly's birth pack camp with a black pup trailing behind her.
Cloud begged to be allowed into their pack, having nowhere to go. Ridge, Firefly's father, had allowed her. Cloud had a place to be. She didn't have to worry about food as much, or the safety of of Bumblebee.
And so, Bumble and Firefly grew up together. But a landslide shattered the pack into pieces, and nobody knew what to do. Firefly had been with her mother, but her mother died to a hoof to the face.
Eventually, the pack found each other, but Bumblebee hadn't found his way to the pack.
One day, Firefly was hunting with her father, and hunting a mule deer had caused them to separate. When Firefly found her father again, she found his body, and on it a single gash. A gash big and wide enough to kill a grown wolf.
Firefly's pack thought that Firefly had killed Ridge, and they exiled her. Firefly knew she was on her own. That she had to find a mate now, too.
After many weeks of wandering alone, she was sneaking some of the elk, when some black wolf was following her. Who did he think he was? Sneaking around her like that?
But this wasn't just anyone. It was Bumblebee.
And so, Firefly's dreams came true, becoming mates with him. But she kept fearing that Bumblebee would ask why she left, because they knew each other from puphood, and then he did.
Firefly hadn't told Bumblebee why, and she certainly didn't plan on telling him, so she covered it up with lies. Firefly knew her father's death wasn't her fault, but she couldn't help feeling guilty. She could've stopping him from being killed, or maybe found what killed him, as proof? But if he didn't die, she would never had found Bumblebee again.
The pair were looking for a den for pups when a pack ambushed them. And they attacked Firefly. Bumblebee saved her of course, but he asked why they attacked her.
Firefly couldn't hide the truth forever.
So she told him, and he didn't know what to make of it. When they were hunting, he would always go quiet.
Did he hate her, for killing her own father, the wolf who let his mother into the pack where he grew up?
Firefly couldn't bear it anymore, so she left, in the dead of night.
And she was back on square one, wandering, alone, no purpose. Although it pained her more to know she was expecting puppies.
Bumblebee's puppies.
And she had left him.
But one day she stumbled upon a yearling trying to cross a human trail (road). This yearling seemed so lost, afraid, what happened to her? And she was as black as night.
A pang of sadness hit Firefly, for looking at this yearling reminded her of Bumblebee.
But she helped the yearling anyway, whose name was Blackbird, and taught her to hunt. It wasn't that hard teaching Blackbird anyway, she had experience from hunting already, so there wasn't much to teach.
But now, Firefly knew, she had to find a den. Spring was coming and she had to give birth somewhere.
And so she did. But she couldn't rely on Blackbird to hunt for her and the pups. It just wasn't fair, and so she tried hunting as much as she could before giving birth.
Unfortunately, Firefly got injured while hunting, so she couldn't help Blackbird.
But Firefly trusted Blackbird, the yearling was capable. Yet Firefly knew she couldn't kill and elk calf on her own, so Blackbird, dedicated, spent the all day hunting rabbits and occasionally beavers.
But Firefly's wound showed no sign of healing, and the blood attracted predators, and Firefly had already given birth, so she was weaker.
But the blood, along with the smell of pups, attracted Bumblebee, too.
Bumblebee had entered the den while Firefly was sleeping and Blackbird was hunting, so there was no sign of danger.
But he was found by curious Blackbird. She explained Firefly's wounds and when she helped her to cross the human trail, and how she rarely spoke of Bumblebee, and when she did, she spoke so fondly of him.
Blackbird urged Bumblebee to join them, and how much easier it would be for them, for the pack.
By now, Firefly was awake, and was surprised to see Bumblebee. She had missed him a lot, and knew they both had a lot of explaining to do, but why did that matter, when he was right there?
And, as being Firefly's mate, he had every right to become the Alpha male.

Firefly is a charming, brave and doesn't like to trust strangers, but will warm up to them eventually. She's also very affectionate, and spends a lot of time with Bumblebee. To annoy him, she often calls him "Bee", but he doesn't mind.
