Viol

A leader is someone who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.

Although Viol was young when she became Alpha of her pack, she has always proven herself to be a powerful leader. She is not against making the hard decision to keep the pack running as smoothly as it possibly can. While she takes what her mate, Rune's, suggestions into consideration it is an unspoken rule that Viol will always have the final say. She decides who stays, who goes and what their pack positions are. She will never force anyone to do something they don't want to, though, and will take their preferences into consideration. Often times if someone is unhappy in their post, she will find someone who would prefer that position and place the other where they will be happy. If she doesn't have a position they will be happy in, she allows them to leave and make their own way - there is never bad blood left behind when this happens.

Viol takes great care to make sure her pack is taken care of. When there isn't enough food to go around she has been known to give her portions to the puppies of the pack. In her opinion, they deserve the best and nothing less. Adults can starve before she will allow the puppies to go without. Ultimately, Viol does what she can to be a fair and just leader and make her pack want to stay; she never wants anyone to feel forced.
