The Starlit Knight, Vesper
Cast from the pack he called home the day he completed a full revolution around the sun, Vesper, rightfully betrayed and wounded by their actions, took to the path of a nomad. He wandered aimlessly for what felt like seasons. The scenery went from lush topography and the surrounding greenery to an almost permanent frigid temperature. His white-tipped paws carried him through the vast snow-laden lands of the taiga. Chilled by the frozen lands and lack of food, Vesper was discovered on the boundary of Duskveng Pack, hungry and weak from the harsh elements. With haste, the current reigning Queen of Duskveng, Taiku, was swift to take him into her pack ranks. There he befriended what would become his packmates.
It wasn't until later, after a chance encounter with a Naonuma wolf while out hunting in the Coniferous Forest, that he met his mate, Vishaka, who was wandering the territory. She had just weaned a litter of puppies, sired by Naonuma's stud, Colton. Vesper would often meet her at the borders between their packs, and excursing on long absences with her outside of both pack territories. It wasn't long before the lass was moving packs in order to be with her newfound mate. Duskveng welcomed her openly and was happy to unite the two after a long-distance love affair. From the moment they met, they loved one another deeply. She was soon to be found expecting Vesper's first litter. Three, precious little pups were born, all somehow mirroring their father's handsome yet unique appearance.
Taiku, the pack's former Queen, eventually grew old, and anointed Vesper as her heir, to take over the pack when her time came. He ascended to the throne without issue or protest from the other wolves. Now he rules alongside Vishaka, carrying the long legacy of Duskveng on his shoulders.
