Russet was the first wolf Cypress and Winter welcomed to their pack. Wanting to help but not knowing how, Russet took on tons of jobs, from hunting to scouting to working with herbs. Eventually she found that she was happiest in the nursery, and has been working with the pups since, keeping the little ones in check and helping the older ones not lose their minds. A lot of wolves think of Russet as a mother figure, and she has a close bond with her adopted daughter Sunshine.
