Biography
"It's time to come home, Orion." The ghostly, wisp of his pairbond stood in front of him during the scouting mission.
It had been a very long month and a half since Orion has been able to curl next to his other half. Little did he know, Rigel curled next to him every night since he went to the stars. Though he wasn't visible until it became Orion's time to join him in the stars, he still made sure to leave his presence.
"What about the others?" Orion wanted to join Rigel, but worried about the others as he was meant to be scouting the land.
"They'll understand," Rigel gave a soft smile to the cream-coat wolf. Orion lay down on the sun-soaked ground, curling his body closer to itself and resting his head at his side. Rigel approached the wolf he adored, curling right next to him. He pressed his nose against Orion's, allowing the two to be reunited in the stars. Though Orion's physical body remained curled peacefully on the ground, his new form followed Rigel to the others from the pack who have all made their new star journey.
Shortly after, Hydrus walked into the clearing, seeing his scouting partner curled up in the sun's beams. "Enjoying a mid-day nap, Orion?" He continued to approach the wolf, realizing something wasn't quite right.
"Orion?" Hydrus nudges the older wolf with his nose, no response present. He looked for any signs of acknowledgement from the curled up form. When no breathing or movement became evident, Hydrus lowered his head to nudge him once more. "Don't worry, I'll let the others know you've gone to dance with Rigel in the stars."
Hydrus turned and slowly made his way back to the pack. He'd have to break the news that they had to retrieve another fallen warrior to give a proper send off.

Orion seems to be exhibiting some new symptoms of illness. Better take him to the Herbalist! Orion has returned with good news that the scouting mission went without issue.
