Niven is a hunter in The Dawn Shadow Pack. He is level and observant, preferring to think before he speaks. He comes from a pack far from them, but talks with favor about his life as an adolescent in his former pack.
He feels constantly pestered by Lilou, but secretly finds her witty and charming. Niven is not one to admit his feelings however, and likes to keep them inside his head for as long as possible before talking about them.
