Juniperstar

Juniperleaf was born to Appleseed and a male from another pack .
As an apprentice being mentored by Pinestar herself , he showed great teamwork and leadership skills . Pinestar saw that he would be a promising deputy , and later leader after she passed .

The packs' previous deputy , Ryegrass , confronted Pinestar about his pack role , stating that due to his age , he didn't think he was fit to be the next leader . In turn Pinestar appointed Juniperleaf to be her deputy and successor . Even though he was young , most of the pack were not surprised , as he was a great young warrior , always doing his best and helping his pack .

After Pinestar's death , the packs' healer Skystorm took Juniperleaf to the moonstone to get his leader name and nine lives .
Juniperstar and Skystorm then traveled back to the pack and told them the news .
Juniperstar announced that Ryegrass would be his deputy , saying that even if he couldn't be leader , the Rains Fall pack would be honored to continue having him as their deputy .

After a couple seasons , Skystorm passed away and his apprentice Sanddune was made the next healer for the pack .

Some moons later , Juniperstar took Pinestar's daughter Oakbranch as his mate and when Ryegrass joined The Pack in the Stars , he made his new deputy .

Many seasons passed and Oakbranch too joined The Pack in the Stars . Juniperstar never took a new mate as he knew he would join Oakbranch one day . He appointed the young warrior Darkclaw to be his new deputy .

Not long after Oakbranch's death , the packs healer Sandstorm also died due to old age . His apprentice Speckletail became the new healer for the pack . even though she never truly finished her apprenticeship , she works hard to learn the seasons old medicine recipes with the help of some of the elders .
