Biography
Birth Certificate
Birth Date: Aug 23 (Spring)
Mother: Foxtrick
Father: Nobody (The Chanterelle Pack)
Birth Stats: 73 STR 69 SPD 83 AGI 202 WIS 207 SMR = 634
Pupsitter: Stoneshade
Brownleaf was an optimistic little boy whose lust for life was evident from his first days of life. None of the other pups nursed with such enthusiasm or napped with more dedication. As he got older, Brown was the first pup in the Nursery to crawl, walk, and discover playtime. He started baby-talking first as well. His mother Foxtrick was proud that her son seemed to be so advanced, but his pupsitter Stoneshade knew that the other pups would catch up in time.
At the Academy, Brown studied smarts and wisdom with his sisters to strengthen their best stats. Brown was a keen student and earned top marks in all his lessons. His teachers praised his good attitude and Foxy didn't go a day without hearing good things about him. The pupsitters quickly recommended Brown for a stalker role, which made him excited. He knew he could look forward to a great future providing for his packmates.
During his apprenticeship, Brown learned stalking work from his mom on the hunting trail. He and his sister Grousewing were the stars of the training program, learning at astounding speed and with little effort, it seemed. Foxy said that they took after her in that regard. But Brown felt as if he were struggling to keep up with Grouse and his confidence began to shake. Foxy noticed the shift and encouraged Brown, telling him that he would catch up with Grouse, just as she had caught up with him before.
On his first birthday, Brown shared a drink with Grouse and all the other young wolves in the pack. He felt so hopeful, like he was a puppy again. He knew that life wouldn't be easy, but there was so much to look forward to.
Now as an adult, Brown's lust for life is back to full strength. Being on a different team from Grouse has helped him put those comparisons behind him and forge ahead. Few hunters are as eager to hit the trail in the morning as Brown. In fact, his teammates are sometimes annoyed by his enthusiasm. But if they don't appreciate it, the Academy students certainly do. Brown has been known to go to the Academy and give the pups a happy wake up call from time to time. He likes to spend a few minutes encouraging them each day before he leaves for work.
