Ether

Ether is a scout, and she sure acts like one. She is efficient and has been trained to process information quickly and know what to pay attention to and what to ignore. When she is working, she is concise and curt and prefers to focus on her job, as scouts almost always work alone. When she is in public, however, she is completely different. Around other wolves she is happy yet incredibly sarcastic, and while she often doesn't know about what she is talking about, she speaks with enough conviction and confidence to make even a blatant lie believable. She is very charismatic, too, and would make a great leader if it came to it, and acts as Sunswept's unofficial second-in-command, even when the former does not approve. Ether's appearance is quite impressive for a wolf with such a lackluster coat, she is a lithe wolf with pale golden fur, cream at the shoulders and with a blaze. Her short fur glossy, almost giving off its own light with its silky texture and bright color combined. Ether had a sister named Aura who was similar to her in her natal pack, but they were seperated and Ether left. While she knew deep down she would never see her beloved sister again in her new pack, the Sky Tides pack, she treasured Aura's memory, and the fleeting chance that they may one day meet again. She was the mother of the Sky Tides pack's former heir, Sunbleached, and Kindle, both pups being sired by Sunswept. For a while, she had no interest in a mate, her paws being full with her two sons. But, eventually, her sons grew up and she fell in love with another original member of the pack, Black Widow. Both being females, they could not have biological children, but they did adopt and raise many pups, the two surviving being Sleepy and Gilded, and Ether even had one with an outside stud, the pup being Annie. She eventually died of heart failure, her three daughters and mate at her side.
