Biography
The second oldest of Swallowtail's second litter. Libya works best with Ruapeha, the two at a constant game of wits. Although not as strong as her older sister, Libya can still pull her own weight rather well; she's normally the one to keep her and her sibs out of trouble whenever one of their stunts go wrong. Being the smarter of the sisters, Libya loves teasing Arenul (good-naturedly of course.)
Libya seems to resemble her father more than her mother, unlike Arenul.
