If Honey is being honest, she really only chose the job of Pupsitter since it seemed like the easiest job. Turns out, raising pups is a lot harder than Honey had expected. Still, she would rather that than running around chasing prey.

Honey and Avalanche are close friends, being similar ages the two got to grow up together. They spend most of their spare time together and enjoy each other's company.


History

Honey was born to Elk, Badger, and Finch alongside her littermates Bison, Heron, Lichen, Courser, and Agate. Honey doesn't have nearly as much drive or ambition as her siblings, and she finds it frankly exhausting to watch them run around and cause trouble. Honey just wishes she could relax all day.

Once an adolescent, Honey began training as a pupsitter alongside one of her littermates Courser, her other littermates taking various roles. Truth be told, Honey chose to train as a pupsitter as it sounded like the least tedious job. However, Honey is quickly learning that caring for the pack and pups is annoyingly harder than she had thought.

By the time she reached adulthood, Honey had shown skill in her job as pupsitter, even if she still wasn't sure on the job. It was a lot more taxing that she had first thought, still, she found herself enjoying the job. It may leave her exhausted and she would rather be sleeping or resting but… it was also very rewarding.

Honey has no interest in ever taking a mate. She is content on her own and doesn't understand what the big deal is. While she may somewhat enjoy her job as pupsitter, she has no desire in having pups of her own. Honey has her family and friends; no mate or pups could compare to that.

Honey was sad when her father Badger died, but at least he was resting peacefully now. Honey wasn't scared of death and while she was sad, she wouldn't get to see her father for a long time now. She still found comfort in knowing she would see him in the great beyond when she herself passed. She had similar feelings when her mother Elk passed, perhaps with a little more fear as Elk had not just been her mother, but also her leader. Having a new wolf in charge was intimidating, even if the wolf was her nibling Fern. Honey was prepared for her last parent, Finch's death. Her father had been so sad and just longing to see his mates again, Honey was glad he was with them again.

On the 7th year and 6th month of her life, Honey made her way to the mountains summit. Bison, Heron, Lichen, Courser, Agate, and Ruby keeping her company through most of the journey. Once at the top, looking out at the endless sky, Honey, Bison, Heron, Lichen, Courser, and Agate were greeted by their Parents, Fern, Badger, and Finch, who gently guided them to the afterlife.
