Puddleweed

"Slatebird and Puddleweed." The names seemed to hover over the two dark colored pups as their red and black mother cooed soft whispers. Their odd colored father wasn't present during the birth, but she was certain that he would be proud of them if he had been there.

Born in a different pack, Puddleweed is a confident, social, wolf. He was active, and played with the other pups until they all got tired, and then he would spend the rest of the day talking to his packmates, but he never felt at home in the pack, he often felt useless, so he set off on a journey to find his permanent home. He spent days walking around, following every pack's scent, but none seemed to be interested in him, so he kept searching, until he came across The Lumineers. He was greeted by Optimus, who was by a stream. The two got along quickly, and soon Puddleweed requested to join the pack, and Optimus brought him to Astra, where she was glad to accept him into the pack. He now feels at peace with a brand new home.
