-Was originally Sweet with a sassy streak, but after Vis was sent away she became bitter and plotting
-Condensed ball of pure malice in her adolescence and adulthood. Radiating with hatred
-King's partner in crime, young romance
-Loved Vis to death but wished he would be more social.
-When Vis was sent away due to the pack not being able to handle his sickness, she was furious and heartbroken. She and King, both angry at the pack, sided with Snitch.
-After Snitch's defeat, she began planning how to take Rhythm down and cause mayham in the pck with King at her side, she's the mastermind behind the two.
-Doesn't think much of Quency and Arra. Feels like Kiara is trying to replace her littermate and is salty about it. Is jealous of them that they get to know their father and she didn't
-Jealous of Kona, Quency and Arra'a other half-sister on their fathers side.
-Furious at Kiara and disowned her as her mother. She's just really angry.
-When she attacks Vision in a rage after a clan journey that finds Vision happy and healthy, Rhythm Jumps in to try and stop it. King joins in the fight, and Vision kills Cleo, who was carrying King's puppies. Her ghost lady macbeth's him into madness

Born from Kiara's first litter with her brother Vis, but Vis was very sick and ended up having to be sent away to another pack that could take care of him. Cleo mourned the loss of her brother and never got over it, angry at her mother for agreeing to send Vis away, angry at the herbalists for not being able to@help, and angry at the rogue father she never knew.
When Kiara gives birth to Cleo's half-siblings Arra and Quency she's even angrier, because they get the childhood she always wanted. They stay together, and their father (from another respectable pack) Visits them all the time, even brings them gifts.
King and Cleo were childhood buddies who are intensely traumabonded, and feed into eachother's dark ideas and plans to get revenge on their families
