Biography
From Hyunee's second litter.
While he was still a pup Shadeleaf marked Haros as the next pack lead. As such he was trained by his grandma Ashiva and will take the mantle of scouting her lands until it's time for Shadeleaf to step down.
---
Fittingly, it was an autumn night that saw the end of the pack's leader and their wife. After a festive funeral and then vigil came the ceremony of the new leader. Haros accepted his position with a heavy heart, the sorrow of his late grandparents still strong, and vowed to put pack safety and happiness before all else.
---
After a season of courting a wolf brought into his pack, Haros became mates with Amuite. He'd already found himself proud and fond of the pups she had shortly after arriving, and hopes he can be a good father to their litter.
---
The first day of spring, when Haros was 7 and a half, was when Amuite passed away. The two had been using the last month to spend as much time with their pups as they could, feeling their age creeping on them. So of course it wasn't a surprise when the extra-gray wolf had woken up to find his mate not breathing, but it didn't make things hurt any less. Nor did the serene smile he found her with.
With his heart and mortality weighing heavy, he knew it was more than time to choose his heir.
Out of all their pups, he thought Plutok would be the best choice. His age was in the middle of the other litters, and a good one for taking on a pack. He was always happy to help others, and good at it...and that was something Haros found was imperative to keeping the balance of their territory.
The old wolf just hoped four months would be enough time.
