You're on a walk, when you spot a small, black wolf with bits of gray playing in a river and splashing around. She has a pelt of trophy furs and antlers, and it keeps your attention for a moment before a bit of movement behind her, blurs of orange nearly the same color as her cloak, catch your attention. ....Red fox pups?
You finally realize that she wasn't playing with the water, but with two fox kits in the water. You're not sure how two fox kits ended up with a wolf, but they look very happy with her.

A short moment later, another dark wolf trots up to her, accessorized with an almost identical trophy cloak, but this one completely white.
He joins in, playing with the kits, being very careful not to hurt any. The foxes are much less gentle and careful, squealing as they bite into his fur and take some off with them.

What a strange family, you think to yourself before leaving the four happy canids be.
