Dane is the oldest member of the Vanguard's Pack, and its own personal lone wolf. He's normally in a bitter mood, and he spends so much time scouting that he is rarely spotted at the den unless he is eating, sleeping, or reporting his findings. He and Trapper bicker often, but deep down they care for each other.
