The Golden Queen

Vera had been alone for many months since striking out on her own as a young adolescent. she had a hard time surviving on her own and at times wasn't certain she would make it. She met Sorin after arriving in the grasslands and together they started a pack. They were soon joined by Nimici and many others, growing their little family into a proper pack!

Sorin had pups with Muschi, two healthy pups, but unfortunately the male didn't make it. The Pack decided to move on to the prairie where they found a lone pup, Oleander, the same age as Muschi's pup, Piatra. Vera decided to take the pup in and raise it as hers.

It took longer than she would like to admit before Vera realized her feelings towards Nimici were more than that of friends and pack members and were romantic in nature. After revealing her feeling, she was relived to find out Nimici shared them and they became mates.

Vera and Nimici found males that agreed to help them have pups and now both females are expecting. they plan to raise their pups as one large litter and are looking forward to what their future holds together.

Vera and Nimici have both raised several litters of healthy pups together. Many have moved on to new packs, but many have stayed and become valued members of the pack.

after the first death in the pack, Dorito, Vera and Nimici realized how little time they have left together. They're trying to make the most of it, but it's been hard on both of them.

Vera lost all but one of the pups in a recent litter. In her grief, she neglected her surviving pup. Fortunately, one of the younger pack members, Prim, took care of the little thing.

several months pass and Vera is starting to recover from the loss of her pups when Nimici passes away. She went quietly, in her sleep. Vera is in deep mourning and has become distant from the rest of the pack.
