Biography
Named after the Greek god of crops and herds, predictions of the future, and the sun. His footnote is the name of a country song by Billy Ray Cyrus.
A bit of a self-styled womanizer, Apollo was drawn to the Inkwell Pantheon by Lavender and her mention of other female wolves in the pack. It turns out his braggadocious nature is anathema to a fair number of the females in the pack. He's decided to cool off a little and put more of his energy towards hunting for the pack, something he's pretty good at! Despite rejections and failed hunts, Apollo's endless optimism means he's always getting back up on his paws, fully believing in his future success.
The singular wolf who seems to fall for Apollo's flirtations is his pair bond partner, Theia. Some wonder why she would "put up" with Apollo, to which Theia stays mysteriously silent. She does genuinely enjoy Apollo for who he is, though, finding his clumsy compliments charming. Apollo, meanwhile, treasures Theia with all his little wolf heart. Despite a wish to be more popular with all the girls of the pack, Apollo seems incredibly content with his mate and doesn't actively pursue anyone else these days.
