None in the pack are quite as knowledgeable as she is. Aspen may be a master of secret paths and mazes, but Dustbowl is a master of reading others. She seems to know things about wolves that no one should, that she has no way of having ever learned, and will never explain how she did. There's nothing to explain. Only to exploit. And only more for her to learn.
