Sun Eye the Raider
Sun Eye is a clever young pup who is great at lying, and even better at stealing. What does she steal? She steals everything. From food to gold cones, she steals whatever interests her. That doesn't mean she steals useless junk, however. She steals what she needs, like food and herbs to keep herself healthy. Valuables, however, are stored somewhere safe while she waits for them to increase in value. Clearly, this pup appreciates the value of items compared to others in her age range.
Sun Eye is a menace to the pack she was sent to; the Galactic Ones. She often sneaks into the alpha's stash of goods to see what she can find. Eventually, Stone Eye got more than what she wanted on one spring night.
The alpha's stash was a heavily guarded cave in the coniferous. At least three fully grown wolves, including the pack's wolfion were there. The small pup, despite having a dull golden pelt, was able to sneak past the wolves by using the darkness and the heavy forest foliage and bushes to her advantage. She was very careful with each step, making sure to minimize the amount of noise she made with her paws.
Once inside, the next challenge was making it past the wolf who was guarding the inside of the cave. Fortunately for Sun Eye, the wolf was already asleep, giving her a chance to sneak by them. She strolled through a tunnel. It was a small one, but she was easily able to fit inside since she was a pretty young wolf. At the other end was a large opening full of all sorts of wonderful things. A whole lot of trophy items as well as other valuables were there. Even gems were plentiful!
"Cherry Root wouldn't mind if I take three of these, riiiight?" Sun Eye snickered to herself as she scooped up three amethyst crystals, as well as citrine and a diamond. The pup was able to easily hide the citrine in her fur, but the diamond and the amethysts weren't as easy. She could only manage to fit two amethysts in her mouth, which was rather uncomfortable. The other one she kept under her tail while the diamond was stashed in her scruff.
Sun Eye began walking back through the tunnel with her new loot, but before she made it past the tunnel entrance, the guard who was asleep before, spotted her. Sun Eye panicked, knowing there was no exit or way to escape back in the treasure room. She was in real big trouble now.
"Hey! You shouldn't be in here!" The guard let out a bark, alerting the others outside the cave. *Shoot!* The pup began to panic. The only thing she could do was run, and run she did. Sun Eye ran straight past the guard, but the sound of pawsteps both in front of her and behind her meant she was cornered in the cave. No, I can't be caught yet! I have to make it out with at least one of these gemstones!
As the pup ran, the wolf behind her was quick to catch up. She was tripped by the hind legs, falling to her side with a few scratches on her left foreleg. Sun Eye let out a whimper from the scratches, but she was quick to be pinned down by the guard. "Spit out what you have and I will let you go," the guard said with a growl, his fangs near Sun Eye's face. The pup quickly complied, spitting out two of the amethysts she had taken.
Two other adults had entered the cave, giving Sun Eye scornful looks. "You're in big trouble, you little thief!" The guard gave her no room to speak as he picked her up by the scruff and took her out of the cave. Well... I guess this is it for me. Sun Eye felt defeated, ready to accept any punishment awaiting her.
Exiled: Wolf on the Run
After the pup was treated for her scrapes and scratches the night before, she was brought before Alpha Cherry Root and Queen Daybreak for her punishment. The whole pack was gathered around the edge of the cedar tree cluster. They were all towards the trees, while Sun Eye was in the open, facing towards the vast meadows that surrounded the pack's little forest. Many eyes were on her, judging her and taunting her. It made Sun Eye rather nervous, expecting the worst to happen.
