Zitru is Fen’s best scout. She was one of Fen’s founding members, granting her elevated status amongst the other scouts, most of which are very new to the pack. Strunath was her scout-mate for a long time, while the pack slowly expanded as they were away from home. He has had to retire recently, but still loves to hear her out when she comes back from scouting new lands.
She has scouted most of the foreign lands known to Fen, and is currently on her last assignment, scouting a faraway Glacier, as she is the only wolf in the pack skilled enough to do so. Zitru is afraid all the scouting is sending her into an early retirement however, as she has been gathering up more unfamiliar ailments and aches the longer she is away from home. Being at the den is strange to her however, and she is not sure she will be able to just sit still and not leave the den when she gets too old to. At least Strunath will still be there to exchange old tales of fantastic discoveries with.
