Bad shadows haunted the edges of her mind, getting stronger when she met Havoc, a leader from another pack.
Havoc had helped her through it, although she gained a scratch across both her cheek and neck.
The bad shadow was gone, replaced by a fraction of his own shadow that provided comfort for her.
After all that had happened, she revived her hearing back- which had been stolen by a bad shadow by birth.
