After a long hard life in her previous pack, Pack of the Great Sea, seemingly in the great north; Sleipnir lost her family in the midst of a blizzard. They had planned to move south in fear of the harsh winters they had faced in recent years. Unfortunately she was never able to track them down again.
While hunting as a loner in the Mountains she met a young wolf by the name of Loki. He was a new leader of a nearby starting pack, he offered to keep her warm and offer her an easier life as a Pupsitter as his own children were becoming too much to care for while also hunting.
It took no time at all for Sleipnir to blend into the pack, always favoring some of the more sickly pups like those of one Gyllir. Despite her best efforts many of the pups were just not genetically strong enough much to her own heartache. However due to this sadness that hung over them, Gyllir and Sleipnir grew close and became a bonded pair. A common sight is to see Sleipnir with Indian Paintbrush Flowers in her fur, gifted by her Shieldmaiden.Â
With the help of their Alpha Loki they hope in their old age to have a pup to take on their name. Sleipnir had a beautiful cub they have together named Valhalla, heir to their lines and a future member of Loki's pack.
