When Hella was born the back rejoiced but that joy soon turned into fear. The pack started to notice small things, how her red eyes seemed to see everything, she was as silent as a shadow and could sneak up on anyone day or night. She wasn't fazed by death instead she seemed to be almost excited about it. It wasn't long before the pack started to call her Hella, she embraced it and started to become more like the goddess of death every day.

When Eros was told that he would one day be the god of love and would eventually get his happy ever after with Inanna. The gods proclaimed Hella the goddess of death, she was told that even as the goddess of death she could not visit dead pack members or family. Hella was told that she had to kill all but one or all of her litter every time and that if she didn't it would bring about the end of the world and that she and all her children would die and that Hella would take her place as the queen of the underworld unable to go to the surface or see her dead family and former pack members. Hella was horrified, who wants to kill their own children, so she vowed to never take a mate and to make Ero's and Inanna's life and all those blessed by the gods a living hell. Nyx another goddess who was proclaimed the villain understood Hella's pain and so gave her wings so she could kill more silently, made her eyes able to detect heat signatures, and trained her to be one of the best assassins and helped unlock her powers.

Hella was the only wolf not invited to Eros and Inanna's wedding, not because Eros and Inanna didn't want her there, but because they knew that she would just terrify the guests. But little did they know that Hella knew exactly what was going on, and that she had a plan. On day of the wedding when Hellfire didn't come with her meal, she took that as her opportunity to send Thanatos to curse Inanna. Thanatos burst into the hall just after they had wedded, and Thanatos told them that Inanna's first litter would not be Eros's and that one of those children would become the god or goddess of hate then he evaporated like he was never there.

While Hella waits for the prophecy to come true she still has duties to perform and one of them is to go to packs and tell the wolf that they are dying she is accompanied by Muerte who then takes their soul to the underworld where they shall be judged and put in their respective afterlife. The pack knows that Hella will soon be visiting to take away their leader and many wolves after that such as Arctic and his brother, the herbalist and Raven Muerte's mother. Hella isn't totally heartless and knows that it will be hard on the young one to take her soul to the afterlife, for now that is many moons in the future. But let me give you a warning the next time you see red eyes and black wings you may just be about to meet your end and if you survive remember you will meet again and next time you will not be so lucky.

When Erida was born Hella began to teach Erida her abilities. Hella began to enjoy the young wolfs company and started to wish that she had a daughter of her own to model and protect. With her own curse in mind Hella tracked down a stud from another pack called Gem. She had never come across anywolf like him before and thought of how beautiful her pups would be if he was their father.

When Sylvie was born Hella could feel the powerful potential that her daughter had. When Sylvie was young Hella made sure to love and to guide her. Hella may have rarely been shown love, but she knew how to love. Oriana became Sylvie's Godmother. When Sylvie began to be friends with another pup called Loki, Willows son, Hella was wary. She had been abandoned and betrayed, she didn't want her daughter to be hurt as much as her. But soon young Loki began to be welcomed in by Hella, as he was like so many others in the pack be frowned upon.

Hella decided that she wanted to have another pup this time her packs own stud Aquilo caught her eye, he didn't seem to mind her and he had the chance to give her a mottled. What she was not expecting was to give birth to the packs first flint she named her son Orias and raised him like his sister.

Despite being the goddess of death Hella herself was afraid of it as once she died she would take her crown as queen of the underworld she would never again see her children as it was forbiddin. However, this would not stop her from sending spirits to watch over them or check on their behaviour. She would send these spirits during the horror moon (october) where they would stay for the event before returning to hell to report their findings.
