Foxglove was born to a Coniferous Forest pack by the name of Briar. The Briar Pack was renown for their pacifist attitude and their unmatched skill in herbalism, spending hours upon hours researching the best medicines and herbs for nearly any ailment. Because of their skill and passive nature, they were held in high regard by their neighboring packs, who provided them with rare herbs in return for help healing their sick and injured packmates.
Though she took the same vow of nonviolence and loved her pack dearly, Foxglove longed to see the world even more and soon set out on a pilgrimage of her own. Wherever she went, she left happy and healthy wolves in her wake. She received offer after offer for her services, but her heart sang out for more - so time and time again she denied them with a polite smile and sad shake of her head.
It wasn't until she felt the mountain song in her heart did she know that she had finally found the place where she had meant to be. She was eagerly accepted into the newly forming Cyclone Pack, and quickly proved herself both a skilled herbalist and a necessary packmate.
It wouldn't be until after the pack had settled down would she stumble head over tail into love. While out foraging, she stumbled upon a she-wolf from another pack who was struggling to find a necessary herb to help someone in her pack. Charmed by the string of vulgar curses that escaped her, Foxglove offered her assistance, and in return learned her name: Talca.
She came to discover that Talca was the new herbalist to a new and forming pack in the Prairie - Soati. She spent the day with her, and when a storm prevented her from returning home, she took up shelter in Soati who was happy to have someone to teach Talca the basics of herbalism. She found the more time she spent with the auburn wolf, the more smitten she became - the vulgar curses and loud exclamations never failing to amuse her.
Even after returning home, the two herbalists often find excuses to visit each other - each wolf becoming a common sight in the opposite territory.
