Richfest
Dark Waters has been a member of a hidden coven of Witches, and has been in contact with Tala for quite some time. It is her who introduces Dark Waters to Winters and the rest of the pack. As a well-practiced Herbalist, she is of great use and influence, and supports Winters while she taps into unknown powers.

Goodmonth
Winters is faced with the Outsider, and it is Dark Waters who warns her that the rogue she-wolf is not to be trusted. She urges her leader to stay true to the coven, for their work is just.

Manyfall
Winters heals the sick and weakened Lichen with her powers granted by the Coven. It is a big shock to the rest of the pack, who hadn't known about it. Dark Waters warns the leader not to reveal and share those powers too readily, but is rebuffed.

Year's End
The witches ritual is finally completed, and the world left to corruption. When Dark Waters admits to having used Winters, the Lead Wolf had no choice but to kill her for her betrayal.
