Wylan and his sister Corretta were born from Caelena and their father was a male from outside the Blackcreek pack, who went by the name Scorpius . He is a direct descendant of the founding alpha of the Blackcreek pack, Athenadora of the 6th generation. He also has 2 younger half siblings from his mother, Kovu and a younger pup that was adopted out to another pack. He assumes that he has many half siblings from his fathers side, but has never met any that he knows of, not that he has any interest. His father was merely a gene donor and it was the older males in the pack that served as father figures, especially Artaxerxes , his maternal grandfather.

As he grew up, it became clear that Wylan was going to be a headstrong and bossy male, sharing many similar traits to his mother. Wylan grew into a strong adult and his Alpha at the time, Morrígan , decided he would be an excellent addition to a hunting team as a finisher. His talent for finishing off prey lead his hunting team to have a 66% success rate, helping feed the rest of the pack. On occasion he would help train the puppies in various hunting related skills, but due to his bossy nature, Skaði didn't tend to ask him to lead training lessons very often.

As Wylan got to know his packmates better, he found himself thinking about one particular she-wolf, Nnaphtha. The way her eyes were two different colours, the stunning blue like the sky on her right and her left eye is the richest brown, reminding him of the tortoise shells they sometimes play with. Her amiable personality grew on him, her sweet and caring nature worming its way into his heart. He loves the way her fur seemed to shimmer in the sunlight, the different hues of greens, blues and greys creating a beautiful pattern. It wasn't long before they two were mated. They had a puppy together, Jadis who left the pack to follow her sense of adventure.

Wylan and Kilda return deep in conversation about their preferred pupsitting techniques, turns out they are both rather bossy and want the youngsters to follow every direction perfectly without fail. They are not the pack puppies' favourite teachers, but they do have a lot of knowledge and the pups do tend to learn a lot when being taught by either of these two bossy wolves. However Skaði doesn't like to ask them to impart their wisdom very often and when she does, she tends to assign them the older pups who are a bit hardier to the bossy natures of this pair.

Skaði catches Wylan barking orders to their packmates. He quickly shuts up when he see Skaði and feigns innocence. Wylan frequently tried to order other packmates about, as he is sure he knows better than them. He's been caught by Skaði a few times and been chided about it, but it doesn't bother him, he'll just be more careful to watch out for his Alpha while he's telling everyone else what to do.

Wylan pushes something in yourSkaði's direction, ordering her to take it. The gift and his attitude are so contradictory that she's not quite sure what to make of it. However, Skaði still accepts the gift with a soft smile before taking it back to the pack hoard for safe-keeping.

Skaði sent Wylan off to find another pack for Halloween. He found Tundra, leader of Coldfur Pack! He enjoyed having a chance to explore and getting to boss some other wolves around that aren't his packmates. Maybe he can convince Skaði to let him wander freely more often...
