Buttermilk was a leader from the time she was a pup, and even among her family group she excelled, making them believe she would one day become their lead wolf. When she was about half a year old, humans relocated her to a new land, far from the barren taiga where she was born. This land was much like her home, desolate and hard, but the prey was often new and the scents were different. She was not the only wolf the humans left there, there were a few others. One, a male named Darkfire, immediately caught her eye. He was quiet and reserved, and he seemed to watch everything, as she did.
When the other relocated wolves ventured out, she looked over at Darkfire and they cautiously stepped into their new home together. They’ve been together since, making their way and looking for a home territory and a new pack.
Buttermilk is more interested in sitting back and seeing what happens around her. She will fight if she thinks she can win, but she is not assertive.
