Inna established the Reach and gradually crafted its inner workings. She is respected by many of the pack, though occasionally, some seem to question her consistency in how the pack should function. She has a habit of showing favoritism towards her favorite pack members, though appears to still find a way to reach everyone's good side at the end of the day.
As Inna nears retirement, the pack whispers, wondering who the next leader should be. Inna has held close a few younger adults in mind, though she has yet to reveal her pick. This has caused a spike in production and rivalries, though overall relations within the pack remain well standing. Upon Hunter Nikhil's passing, her co-founder and best friend, the Leader has been in her den more and more, spending increased time alone.
