Everything about Judas is two-sided, he can be extremely compassionate, going out of his way to treat a grievous injury of someone he's barely met. The same day he can also walk past hellish suffering without even the blink of an eye. He's dishonest, cruel, aloof, but also brave, loyal, and just. It's hard to put words on someone who barely speaks. The only wolf who knows much about Judas beyond his name is his sole confidant Shuck, who no one dares press about matters regarding their leader.

He's surrounded by a shroud of mystery, speaking in a soft voice as few words as needed to get his point across. When not needed, he's gone. Many pack members express feelings of being watched but when turning around, only see shadows behind them. Even the sounds of his soft footfalls seem to fade off as soon as one realizes they're being followed.

Despite their leader being as present as the wind, the pack of the Ninth Circle don't seem to have much to complain about. They keep to their roles, support each other, and Judas gives them safety in return. He gives shelter when there is rain, advice when one is lost, and the last of his strength when there is danger.

But everyone who meets him feels like they just saw a ghost.
