Aster grew up in a pack known as the Mud backs. This pack lived and thrived in a thick, lush forest receiving a lot a rain per year; though Aster tried to explain this place to the other members of the Darkening Sky pack, none understood.
Aster was found at the borders of Darkening Sky territory was winter's day by Temperate. Temperate realizing they need more skilled huntings and numbers accepted Aster in. Aster was more than grateful for this. As after leaving his pack(trying to start his own), not only did he fail, but he almost got himself killed on multiple occasions. Which made him realized he should go out on his own.
Settling into his new pack life, everything was strange for sure. It was awkward, with so many wolves already having a close-knit bond. Though many members, seemingly all, were more than nice and caring towards him. Where he found himself getting more than a little frustrated was in his new position. The pack had two wolves in a hunting party already. The Leader of the hunt(and Stalker) Ash and the now Lead Chaser, Shiver. While he doesn't dislike either wolf, he can't help but yearn for Shiver's position. So much so that he ruined a few hunts trying to be the leader chaser instead of Shiver. Using his bossy tendencies to do this. This is certainly something he's working on, though he does hope to be lead Chaser one day.
