Olive felt he didn't belong in this pack until his time came to be leader.Which wouldn't be for forever thought Olive. Although his brother, Raven, was very sad to see him go Olive went off to go start his own adventure, as his mother once did.

Olive had quite honestly mentally prepared himself to spend another night in the bitter cold rain. Wandering into what was clearly someone's territory was always a gamble. Considering the alternative was usually being rudely awoken by pesky felines, aggressive bulls, or other wandering, short-tempered wolves, it was a gamble he was often willing to take. This time was no different. He tried not to shakeβit was the first day of spring, his tired limbs just starting to thaw outβas he was assessed. (Though scrutinized might have been a better word.) Piercing blue eyes watched his every move. Whatever pack's territory he had wandered into, it was clear that he had been (un)lucky enough to stumble into what was obviously the lead themself, sniffing him over, taking in what he knew would be a downright jumble of where he'd been, who (or what) he'd met. Olive bared his neck respectfully until the lead had finished assessing whether he was a threat or not.
Finally, they huffed. Their expression said they were not exactly pleased, but no one made any kind of move to run him off.
"... Follow."
Though their tone was half-hearted, it was very clearly an order. Especially with the glare sent his way from what Olive assumed was the lead's mate, the shewolf's teeth flashing in a warning before she turned to follow her partner. Tough crowd. He knew better than to argue, though, following suit as ordered.
Lucky for Olive, he was soon met with much friendlier faces. Upon wandering into the central part of the pack, he was ordered to stay with the pack's herbalist, asking her to check him over for any injuries and/or ailments. Said herbalist offered him a warm smile, ushering the wanderer into a small den adorned with plenty flora. She worked with ease, soothing his sore earth-worn paws and picking the stray leaves out of his pelt.
Despite the efforts of theβwellβwarmer members of the pack, Olive couldn't help but feel as though something was... off about these wolves. He felt as if the world had eyes, never a moment where he wasn't being watched, only to look and see no one. An effort was made to enjoy himself, learning from and indulging in the customs of this strange pack(reached Level 8!!), but Olive just couldn't shake that feeling. It didn't help that the world around them had seemed to start to almost decay, trees rotting and fissures disturbing the soil. Stuck with pupsitting duty (ugh), there were not many moments where the young traveler would have the opportunity to wander to the outskirts of this pack's territory. However, when he did, Olive had been greatly disturbed to notice how the disturbance within didn't seem anywhere near as bad as what was outside their land. Something like dread settled deep in the pit of his stomach.
His decision to leave was made very quickly upon noticing he really was being watched that day.
One piercing white eye followed him. His heart threatened to burst out of his chest, feeling almost paralyzed in the younger wolf's gaze. It was one of the ones he often saw trailing the pack's lead. Though Olive had never heard the other utter a word, nor spoken to him directly, he couldn't help but feel threatened by their presence.
Finally, the wayward wanderer found the courage to move, albeit slow as if not to provoke his unwanted company. He would have preferred to at least bid farewell to the few faces that had showed him kindness before parting, but instinct told him that would be overstaying his welcome.
Upon backing away a safe distance, Olive turned on heel and ran. He didn't dare look back to see if the other wolf decided to follow him. Fear gripped his heart like a vice. He couldn't dare meet their gaze again. Hoped that he never would.
So, as always, to being a vagabond he returns.

LORE: Upon entering the territory, Olive encountered a calm looking wolf who introduced herself as Zubeia. She was a scout for the nearby pack. Olive asked her to take her to their den, assuming he'd be welcomed warmly. The lead was young and skittish, introducing himself as Dax. He allowed for Olive to stay in the den where the puppies of the pack bumbled around and played "lynx and stoat". He wasn't entirely happy to be put with the ranbunctios babies, but after complaining to the lead's mate, River, she coldly pointed out that they could've killed him for trespassing instead of giving him a place to sleep. Olive took one look at the scars on her face and promptly shut his muzzle. After a while, he got sick of smelling puppy pee the whole day, and gave Dax and River a brisk thank you for their hospitality before making his way quickly out of the territory, feeling the cold female's eyes on his back long after he'd broken through the treeline that bordered the land of Fenrir's Fallen.

LORE: He again smelled the scent announcing that he was approaching territory inhabited by a sizable group of wolves. After the last few stops, he was prepared for anything. He played many roles and was received with different attitudes. So he crossed the border in mild stress. After a short hike, he encountered a herbalist in his path. He introduced himself to her and learned that her name was Lavender. The herbalist greeted him quite warmly; her pack often took in wolves for several moons and hosted them, in exchange for a little help. Lorik, the right paw of the pack leader assigned Olive to take care of one of the pups. Just one. Although Olive was used to taking care of the cubs, he didn't like it. However, here, when he was to care for just one he formed an interesting bond with the toddler. He was like a mentor and friend to him. Together they would go into the woods to practice skills or help Lavender gather herbs. When Olive left the pack he realized that this toddler (named Berry) would be missed.
